# Fees

0.5% platform fee on the input you sign, chain gas, and optional Relay app take.

Flips does not hide the take inside the curve price. The ticket shows it.

## Platform fee

**0.5% (50 bps)** of the **input** on token buys and sells that go through the Flips ticket.

- Taken from what you sign, then the rest hits the pool or curve.
- Recipient is a configured treasury address. If it is unset, quotes refuse to send rather than silently skipping the fee.
- Dust sizes that cannot pay 0.5% are rejected.

DEX LP fees and Pons curve fees are **separate**. You pay those to the venue, not to Flips.

## Gas

Robinhood Chain gas is paid in ETH on 4663. A funded trading wallet that is empty on 4663 cannot send, even if you have ETH on mainnet.

## Bridges

Relay quotes may include an optional app fee when `NEXT_PUBLIC_RELAY_FEE_RECIPIENT` is set. Unset means no extra Flips take on the bridge. You still pay Relay and origin/destination gas.

## What you do not pay Flips

- Viewing Discover, Pulse, Feed, or charts.
- Creating extra trading wallets.
- Safety checks.
